shipping
Orders will be shipped via your choice of USPS method, and tracking numbers will be sent out once your jewelry is shipped. As pieces are made to order, current production time is 1-4 weeks.

exchanges
Each piece is handmade for you (unless noted otherwise in product description) when you place an order, so we do not accept returns. Please confirm your ring size before purchasing, either referring to our Size Guide or using a ring sizer, because we cannot accommodate exchanges due to mistake sizing.
That said, if there is something wrong with your piece, we will accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for store credit.
Exchanged pieces must be in unworn original condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Pas Si Mal is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
repairs
We offer one complimentary repair for damage within a year of purchase. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase should you need.
Please note, any repairs or alterations made by a jeweler outside of our studio will void the warranty.
This warranty does not cover faults due to wear and tear and/or negligence, nor does it cover loss, theft or accidental breakage.
