Here at Pas Si Mal, we believe in sparkly things. In fact, we think everyone should have more sparkly things. And it seems like you agree, otherwise you wouldn’t be here, reading this. Lucky for both of us, this is a great place to buy sparkly things- more specifically, silvery, blobby, squiggly, sparkly jewelry.

The beauty of our jewelry lies in the imperfections. If you want perfectly shaped ring bands or mirror-image stone settings, this may not be your jam. Which is fine. Have fun at Catbird. The organic shapes and lines in Pas Si Mal silver reflect the unique nature of handmade jewelry. No two products, down to the individual charms on a necklace, are exactly the same. So if you’re down to rock some uneven, unbalanced, flowy-shaped jewelry, you’re in the right place, ya little weirdo.

The goal is for people to live in these pieces. Get creative with usage. A necklace can live on a bag, a ring can live on a necklace, a carabiner can go through a gauged ear, the world is your oyster.

  • Each piece of jewelry is first hand-crafted in wax at my home in Los Angeles. That wax is then converted into a mold. That mold is then filled with molten 925 sterling silver. That silver piece is then polished and shipped out to you to show off to your friends and family who will, in turn, come here to purchase some for themselves. This is an oversimplified explanation, but feel free to reach out with any specific questions.

  • To maintain shine, try to avoid prolonged contact with chlorine/salt water, lotions and sunscreens, or cleaning products.

    If your jewelry looks dull, use the polishing cloth provided (or an old t shirt, etc) to bring the shine back.
